🧑🤝🧑 Looking for 5 Youth Workers per Organization
ACPELIA is proud to host the Erasmus+ KA153YOU training project “Harmony in Diversity: Music for Socialization and Self-Expression Across Cultures” in the beautiful seaside village of Pissouri, Cyprus from 15 to 22 March 2026. This Professional Development Activity (PDA) will bring together 30 youth workers from 6 different countries, using music as a bridge for connection, creativity, and cultural exchange.
The activity will be held at Hylatio Tourist Village, a peaceful and green resort in the heart of Pissouri, offering the ideal setting to explore rhythms, melodies, and personal stories through music.

🎯 About the Project
Music is a universal language, and in this project it becomes a powerful tool for social inclusion, personal growth, and cross-cultural understanding. Participants will engage in daily sessions of body percussion, vocal games, improvisation, rhythm exercises, songwriting, jamming, and movement-based expression.
The training will be delivered through non-formal education methods, encouraging each participant to bring their own voice—literally and metaphorically—into a collaborative musical journey.
We aim to create a safe and inclusive space where music becomes a medium for building confidence, sharing stories, and celebrating diversity.
