Youth Exchange “Protecting Environment through Arts” – Greece 🇬🇷

24 July - 02 August 2026 | Ages 16–22

AACPELIA is looking for young people from Cyprus to participate in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Protecting Environment through Arts”, a creative and experiential project that combines environmental awareness with artistic expression and non-formal education. The exchange will take place in Greece, in a natural camping environment, and will bring together young people from Greece, Cyprus, and Serbia.

Accommodation & Food: Fully covered
Travel Costs: Covered according to Erasmus+ rules

About the Project

“Protecting Environment through Arts” aims to empower young people to explore environmental challenges and sustainability topics through creative and artistic methods. The project uses arts as a tool to raise awareness, express environmental concerns, and inspire positive action, while promoting teamwork, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship.

Through theatre, visual arts, music, movement, and creative workshops, participants will reflect on their relationship with nature, environmental responsibility, and the role of young people in protecting the planet.

Hosting Place: Camping "KATO ALISSOS"

What Will You Experience?

Participants will take part in a 9-day Youth Exchange based on non-formal education, including:

theatre and movement workshops inspired by environmental themes
creative art sessions using recycled and natural materials
music, rhythm, and sound activities connected to nature
group discussions and reflection on environmental issues
teamwork, outdoor activities, and experiential learning
intercultural evenings and community-building activities

All activities are designed to be interactive, inclusive, and hands-on, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and environmental awareness.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for young people aged 16–22 who:

are interested in environment, sustainability, and climate issues
enjoy arts, creativity, and non-formal learning
want to meet young people from other European countries
are open to teamwork, sharing ideas, and self-expression
are motivated to actively participate in all activities

Young people with fewer opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply. No previous artistic or environmental experience is required.
