Youth Exchange “Feelings Unleashed (FUL)” – Greece 🇬🇷

15–23 July 2026 | Ages 16–22

ACPELIA is looking for young people from Cyprus to participate in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Feelings Unleashed (FUL)”, a creative and inclusive project focused on emotional expression, self-awareness, and peer support through non-formal education methods. The exchange will take place in Greece, in a natural camping environment, and will bring together young people from Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, and Romania.

About the Project

“Feelings Unleashed” aims to support young people in learning how to express, understand, and manage their emotions in a healthy and creative way. Through theatre, photography, art, music, group discussions, and team-building activities, participants will explore feelings, share personal experiences, and build strong connections with peers from different European countries. 2026 09 FUL SUMMARY

What Will You Experience?

Participants will take part in a 7-day Youth Exchange using non-formal education methods, including:

theatre and movement-based workshops
photography activities focused on emotions
art and music sessions for self-expression
discussion circles and peer-support activities
intercultural evenings and group reflections
teamwork, games, and outdoor activities in nature

The program is designed to be safe, inclusive, and supportive, especially for young people who find it difficult to express their feelings.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for young people aged 15–22 who:

are interested in emotions, self-expression, creativity, and personal development
want to meet young people from other European countries
are open to sharing experiences and working in groups
are motivated to actively participate in all activities
may have fewer opportunities or face challenges in expressing emotions (strongly encouraged to apply)

No previous experience is required — motivation is what matters most.
