Activity: Professional Development activity in North Macedonia for 3 youth workers of our organisation and participants from North Macedonia, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey and Portugal.
Accomodation: THEPARK HOTEL Νegotino, Νorth Μacedonia
Dates of the Activity: 23-29 September 2022 including travel days
Food: The venue of the training will serve the participants with 3- times-a-day meals and snacks and beverages for the coffee breaks.

5 Youthworkers /Teachers /Trainers will be selected from our organisation.
Project Main Idea and Objectives:
Main Idea of the Project
The project is a training course for youth workers with little experience so that they can further their skills for working with young people for the purpose of designing and implementing activities for them, which will make a significant impact on the youngsters and on their communities. The activities will be done in a non-formal methodology using problem-solving, creativity, innovation, communication, teamwork, and many other approaches/methods in order to foster the development of the key competences in participants as well as a wide range of soft skills essential to youth work.
TEAM: The team involved in this training course consists of people with extensive experience who have been involved in youth programmes for many years. They are all very experienced and can't wait to meet you and work with you to unlock your potential and become a better version of yourself as a youth worker and as a person
THE NATIONAL TEAMS WILL PRESENT THEIR SENDING ORGANISATIONS AND THEIR COUNTRIES DURING THE INTERCULTURAL EVENINGS. FOR THIS PURPOSE, THE PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS OF THEIR ORGANISATIONS, PREPARE PRESENTATIONS OF THEIR WORK AND ALSO PREPARE CULTURAL PRESENTATIONS OF THEIR COUNTRIES.
WE DO NOT WISH TO STEER YOU IN ONE DIRECTION AND WITH THAT LIMIT YOUR CREATIVITY, SO FEEL FREE TO PRESENT YOUR COUNTRY IN A WAY YOU SEE FIT TO BEST SHOW US ITS CULTURAL RICHNESS.
