Project Name: Youth in Mountains
Activity: Youth Exchange in Romania for 7 teeanagers (15 – 22 years old) and one leader (18+ no age limit) from our organisation and participants from Romania, Cyprus, Turkey, North Macedonia and Poland.
Accomodation: Piatra Neamt near of the mountain, Iasi, Romania
Dates of the Activity: 10 – 19 of September 2023 including travel days
Participants: 7+1 participants from 5 countries.

Impressions of our participants
In the youth exchange we had a team of 7 participants and one leader and they all give their best evaluation and make also a follow up activity for the youth exchange. In the following lines you will find impressions of our participants that tk part in the youth exchange:
Charalambos: This Erasmus program took place in Romania from the 10th to the 18th of September. We stayed near a mountain in spacious houses, with 3-6 people in each room. The participants, hailing from North Macedonia, Turkey, Poland, Romania (locals), and of course, Cyprus, were a friendly bunch spanning ages 15 to 55. The program and activities were fantastic, but the hardest part was saying goodbye when it all came to an end. Styliana: The aim of the youth exchange program was to actively engage young people in mountain-related activities. Through a diverse range of experiences, including outdoor nature activities, team-building exercises, interactive workshops, and more, we immersed ourselves in the natural environment. We had a great time learning to build our own nature shelters, exploring a Piatra Neamt mountain on a cool hike, and cleaning up the forest. 🏕️🌄🌳 #YiM#YiMErasmus
Christos: This youth exchange program was an amazing opportunity to connect with nature and other young people who share the passion for mountain activities. We enjoyed a variety of challenges, such as setting up our own shelters, climbing a steep hill, and finding our way through the forest. We also learned a lot about the local culture, history, and environment of the Muncelul de Sus camping village. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with fun, learning, and personal growth.#YiM#YiMErasmus

Follow Up Activity
On September 22, 2023, in Pissouri, Limassol, we organized a dissemination event as part of our Erasmus project. We talked about our project experiences and brought in a team-building game called Spiderweb, influenced by our own Erasmus experiences.
The participants, who were also involved in an Erasmus project in Pissouri, enthusiastically participated. Their feedback was fantastic, with everyone giving our workshop top ratings which was as we hoped, seeing their enjoyment and active involvement in the workshop.
Travelling food and accommodation all are paid from the program
7 youngsters (ages 15-22) and 1 leaders will be selected from our organisation.

3. Increasing the interest rate for mountain activities for35 young people aged between 15 and 22 from 5 leaders over 18 years old Romania, North Macedonia, Cyprus, Poland and Turkey
