The 2nd Youth Music Festival for Inclusion – Where Music Meets Diversity

On the 10th and 11th of August 2025, the village of Pissouri came alive with rhythm, laughter, and the vibrant voices of young people from across Cyprus during the 2nd Youth Music Festival for Inclusion, proudly organized by ACPELIA.

This two-day cultural celebration was designed with a purpose: to offer a stage to youth with fewer opportunities — whether from rural communities, low-income families, or those facing social challenges — and to show how music, arts, and creativity can break barriers and unite communities.

The festival gathered people of all ages, from Pissouri locals to visitors from every corner of Cyprus, turning the village into a hub of joy, energy, and togetherness.

Day 1 – Sunday, 10th August 2025

Greek Retro Party – A Journey Through Nostalgia and Dance

The festivities opened in the stunning Pissouri Amphitheatre with a lively Greek Retro Party, hosted by grēek λōβερ. The open-air venue, with its perfect summer breeze and panoramic view, became the ultimate dance floor.

DJ Demenero and DJ Alex Soleas filled the night with iconic Greek hits from the past — songs from Stavento, Elena Paparizou, Christos Dantis, Ivi Adamou, Eleni Foureira, and many more. Every track sparked memories, sing-alongs, and dance moves from young and old alike.

The amphitheatre was buzzing with delicious smells and flavors from Steakhouse by Michalis, paired with refreshing drinks served by Iron Horse Bar. It wasn’t just a concert — it was a full sensory experience of music, food, and community.

Crowds of young people from Pissouri, Limassol, and all over Cyprus laughed, danced, and shared unforgettable moments, proving that music has the power to erase distances and differences.

Day 2 – Monday, 11th August 2025

Artistic Evening – Voices, Talent, and Shared Emotions

The second evening took place in the cozy Pissouri Square, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere. Under the soft glow of evening lights, the audience gathered for an evening of music, humor, and heartfelt performances.

The night opened with the Choir of the Diamantidou Cultural Association, led by Maestro Maria Diamantidou, delivering a set full of harmonies and emotion. They were followed by the Mixed Choir Panikos Hadjihambis, under the guidance of Maestro Sotiris Stylianou, who brought rich, soulful arrangements that filled the square.

Next came the youngest stars of the night — Andreas Evaggelou and Xristina Aristeidou, only 8 and 9 years old — proving that talent knows no age.

The mood shifted to laughter with Boghos Avetikian’s stand-up comedy act, which had the audience smiling from ear to ear.

Duet Giannis Kolatos and Marina Hadjigeorgiou brought romantic melodies, followed by the powerful voice of Christalla Polydorou.

Closing the evening, Giorgos Asartzis took the stage with his talented band — Andreas Markou (keyboard), Stelios Soteriou Stixx (percussion), and Constantinos Constantinou (guitar) — delivering an unforgettable finale.

Beyond the Stage—The Spirit of Inclusion

The festival was more than a performance—it was a statement of unity. Every note, every laugh, and every cheer reflected the belief that culture belongs to everyone, and that by giving space to diverse voices, communities grow stronger.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our sponsors, cooperators, and community partners, who share our vision of a society where everyone can shine. Cooperators
