Project Name: LAUNCHING A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE (LASE)
Duration: 01/07/2022 till 31st of October 2023, duration 16 months
Main Activity: 7 days of Training where we will encourage youth workers and active youth to start their own social ventures that would help solve their local social issues. The participants will go through the whole process of ideation to business plan creation, along with fostering theirs entrepreneurial creativity focused on societal issues.

4 Youthworkers /Teachers /Trainers will be selected from our organisation.
For the participants’ selection the following criteria will be taken into consideration:
• PARTICIPANTS REPRESENTS THE COUNTRY FROM WHERE SHE/HE COMES FROM;
• Youth Workers, Leaders, teachers, Educators people that are working with youth
• Motivated, active member of society;
• Willing to participate actively and share knowledge,
• Experience and positive energy;
• Experienced or interested in working with Erasmus+ program
Main Idea of the Project
The research shows that entrepreneurship is one of the most effective ways of driving social change, also positively impacting the economy of a country. Nevertheless, only insignificant ammount of young Europeans in Italy, Poland, Germany, Spain, Slovenia etc choose this path due to the lack of knowledge and experience. Sometimes entrpreneurship can be viewed as something dishonest and too unreliable. So, this programme aims to encourage youth workers and active youth to start their own social ventures that would help solve their local social issues. The participants will go through the whole process of ideation to business plan creation, along with fostering theirs entrepreneurial creativity focused on societal issues.
The programme will be based on theories of entrepreneurial research as well as on the real world practical examples of social entrepreneurs. The participants will research the social issues of their local communities and get a simulation experience of the whole process of launching new social venture.
This project aims to:
Equip participants with knowledge on business modeling and help them structure their social business ideas.
Discuss the challenges that of their local aras and brainstorm on the way how to approach them.
Empower the participants’ self-esteem, break stereotypes on the “correct” portrait of an entrepreneur and help cope with fear of the new.
