KA210ADU: SENSORIAL THEATER "Uniting Senses: Strategic Meeting in Pissouri for Inclusive Theater"

On 4–5 August 2025, partners from ACSFJC, PATOS, and ACPELIA gathered in the picturesque village of Pissouri, Cyprus, for a pivotal transnational meeting of the KA210-ADU “Sensorial Theater for Adults with Visual Disability” project. Building on the March 2025 Training of Trainers in Smederevo, Serbia, the teams refined play scripts, aligned logistics, and crafted strategies for maximum community impact. From discussing audience engagement and local involvement to shaping a powerful social media campaign, the meeting blended creativity, planning, and cultural exchange—accompanied by the warmth of Cypriot hospitality. Partners left united in vision, ready to bring accessible, immersive theater experiences to audiences across three countries.

On the 4th and 5th of August 2025 the trans-national meeting between the organizations of ACSFJC, PATOS and ACPELIA took place in Pissouri, Cyprus.
This follows the Training of Trainers that took place in Smederevo, Serbia which took place between 2–7 March 2025.
For the first day of the transnational meeting, the discussion focused on the logistics of the upcoming plays, meaning the age of spectators, the necessary length of the play, and the involvement of the locals for preparation and implementation of the upcoming plays in all three countries. This allowed each team to also identify how exactly locals will be involved in order to produce the maximum impact. This first day allowed each partner to discuss where and when exactly the plays will take place, as well as any obstacles that need to be overcome depending on the realities of the three countries.
The second day of the trans-national meeting, as well as the fact that Andjela Mladenovic and Vladislav Nesic from the training of trainers were present at the meeting, this allowed for both to go over the Romanian and Cypriot drafts of the scripts and allow for its expansion, modification to create the maximum possible impact.

The second part of this day revolved also discussions and agreeing upon how to create the maximum impact, how to advertise the upcoming play for citizens, as well as the social media campaign that begins, and continues well after the plays take place in each country. Each partner agreed on the specifics of the format of testimonial collection, booklet creation, the use of appropriate hashtags, cross-posting between all three countries, upcoming local events and more.
After these important meetings which involved careful discussions, agreements and fantastic traditional Cypriot food, each partner organization is ready to implement their plays in the most effective ways.
