ACPELIA is excited to announce a new opportunity for young people to participate in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Earth Food”, hosted by Cilento Youth Union in the emblematic community of Rofrano, Italy. This inspiring project celebrates the Mediterranean diet — a UNESCO cultural heritage — through youth participation, cultural exchange, and hands-on sustainability.

🥗 About the Project:

“Earth Food” brings together young people from different countries to explore the Mediterranean diet not just as a way of eating, but as a way of life. Participants will learn about sustainable farming, healthy nutrition, local traditions, and environmental responsibility through non-formal education methods, including:

Traditional cooking workshops 🍲
Visits to emblematic communities of the Mediterranean diet 🏞️
Cultural sharing nights 🌍
Group challenges and creative sessions 🎨

👤 Who Can Apply?

4 young people aged 18–30 from Cyprus
1 group leader (no age limit)
Motivated to explore themes of nutrition, culture, and sustainability
Willing to engage in intercultural dialogue and teamwork
Able to communicate in English
Prior experience in youth exchanges is welcome but not required
