2 youth workers from our organization will take place in the program. Travelling food and accommodation all are paid from the program (For an application you must be a member of our organization and if you want to apply for membership you can go for the application to the link: Be a member

Main aims of the program:
- teach mentorship and best practices of working with teenagers and youngsters with fewer opportunities and NEET;
- exchange best practices, practical tools and experiences with other international youth organizations;
- create new methods on how to work with teenagers and youngsters from these risk groups;
- integrate the newly learned practices into a local society and give feedback to partners;
- create a more favourable environment and system for youngsters with fewer opportunities and from NEET group by the youth workers;
- emphasize for youth workers the importance of integrating and working with youngsters with fewer opportunities and NEET category youngsters.
