ACPELIA is looking for 4 motivated youth workers and active volunteers (18+) to take part in an Erasmus+ KA153 Training Course in Cologne, Germany. The project will focus on inclusive and social entrepreneurship as tools to empower marginalized groups and strengthen youth work.

✨ About the Training

Participants will explore:

• Social and inclusive entrepreneurship concepts and best practices.

• Non-formal education tools for empowering marginalized youth in employment.

• Creative workshops (debates, awareness campaigns, videos, Instagram Reels).

• Exchange of national practices and field visits on entrepreneurship.

• Intercultural learning activities and cultural nights.

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for people who are:

• 18+ years old, active with ACPELIA or local youth initiatives.

• Motivated to take part fully (preparation, training, follow-up).

• Interested in youth empowerment, inclusion, and entrepreneurship.

• Willing to share project results locally (minimum 30 people reached).

• Gender balance encouraged (aim: 2 female + 2 male participants).

• Venue: Cologne, Germany

• Accommodation: Station Backpacker’s Hostel

• Costs:

  • Food & lodging: 100% covered by Erasmus+

  • Travel: reimbursed up to €360 (Cyprus ⇄ Germany)

  • Extra travel days possible (max 2, at own cost)

• Insurance: Travel/health insurance is mandatory (not covered)

📌 Commitments

• Active participation in all sessions and activities.

• Dissemination: organize at least 1 local event (30+ participants), share photos, posts, and a short video about the experience.

• Reimbursement only after all tasks and documents are completed.

• Selected participants must book their tickets by 15 October 2025.
