Project Name KA153YOU: PDA "Mental Health"
Project Dates: 14 - 22 of November 2025 (including travel dates)
Accommodation: Riva Hotel, https://www.rivahotel.hu/en/3/
Where: Szeged, Hungary
- Participants: 2 youth workers /trainers /educators /teachers from our organisation.
- Reimbursement: travel tickets will be paid based on EU distance calculator upon receipt of invoices and boarding passes.
🧠 About the Training
Organized by Eurotender Association, the course will focus on:
Recognizing burnout and developing resilience
Mindfulness and stress reduction techniques
Building mental stamina and coping strategies
Exploring personal stories, social connections, and community well-being
This is a non-formal learning experience, with workshops, teamwork, intercultural exchange, and practical tools for youth work.
✅ Who Can Apply?
Age 18+
Resident in Cyprus
Able to communicate in English
Actively working with young people (or motivated to start)
Interested in mental health, well-being, and non-formal education
Ready to participate fully in all sessions and follow-up activities
💶 Costs
Accommodation, food, and training are fully covered by Erasmus+.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to the Erasmus+ limit (based on distance calculator). Participants are expected to travel sustainably (bus/train when possible).
