Call for Participants (ACPELIA)

Inclusive RaceTrack is an international Erasmus+ Professional Development Activity (Training Course) designed for youth workers who want to use sport as a powerful tool for inclusion, especially for young people with fewer opportunities.

📍 Location: Mogoșești-Siret, Romania (Tabăra Muncel)

📅 Dates: 04 – 12 May 2026

👥 Participants from Cyprus: 2–4 youth workers

💶 Costs: Travel, accommodation, food, and program activities are fully covered by Erasmus+ Infopack Inclusive RaceTrack

🔎 About the project

Inclusive RaceTrack brings together youth workers from different European countries to explore inclusive, playful, and sustainable sport methodologies.

During the training, participants will co-create an “inclusive race track” – a dynamic obstacle course built with recycled materials, transformed into interactive games. Each obstacle symbolises real-life barriers faced by young people with fewer opportunities and shows how these barriers can be turned into opportunities for growth, teamwork, and empowerment.

Through non-formal education methods, participants will:

• Exchange best practices in inclusive youth work

• Design sport-based activities accessible to everyone

• Test creative and eco-friendly methodologies

• Learn how to create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments

The training directly supports Erasmus+ priorities on inclusion, green practices, and youth worker empowerment Infopack Inclusive RaceTrack.

👤 Who can apply?

This PDA is open to youth workers who are:

• 20+ years old

• Actively involved in youth work

• Experienced in working with young people facing social, economic, or geographical obstacles

• Interested in sport, inclusion, and creative non-formal education

• Motivated to use recycled materials and outdoor activities

• Able to work in English (above medium level)

• 
  

🏕️ Accommodation & Practical Info

Participants will stay at Tabăra Muncel, in shared rooms (3–4 people per room), with:

• Private bathroom

• Bed sheets and towels provided

• Safe and supportive learning environment

Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands, and green travel is encouraged Infopack Inclusive RaceTrack.
