ACPELIA is looking for 2 youth workers from Cyprus to take part in the international training course “Expedition Skills: Swiss Saxony – Learning Outdoors from Planning to Practice.”

The training will take place in the sandstone mountains and forests of Swiss Saxony and will provide participants with the opportunity to develop leadership, safety, navigation, group management, and outdoor facilitation skills in an immersive natural environment.

• Learn how to plan and lead multi-day outdoor expeditions.

• Strengthen your skills in navigation, equipment use, and sustainable resource planning.

• Explore methods for creating inclusive outdoor learning environments.

• Recognition of your learning through Youthpass and contribution to dissemination of good practices.

• 

✅ Participant Profile

• Youth workers, facilitators, or trainers with experience in non-formal education.

• Interested in outdoor education and nature-based activities.

• Available to participate fully from 19 to 27 October 2025.

• Aged 18+ with a good command of English.

💶 Costs Covered

• Accommodation and food are fully covered.

• Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules (after the project).
